Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of recent experience as an Instructor Pilot in the P-3 Orion aircraft.
• FAA Certified Flight Instructor (CFI) and CFII or military equivalent required.
• Comprehensive understanding of aviation safety regulations and P-3 flight characteristics.

Responsibilities

• Lead classroom and flight simulator blocks focusing on maneuvers and tactical flight profiles.
• Assess and certify pilot competency including CRM and instrument flight rules.
• Create realistic training scenarios and update cockpit checklists.
