Job summary

Mayo Clinic Health System’s Department of Radiology invites qualified radiologists to join the Emergency Overnight Team to provide overnight teleradiology coverage for inpatient and ED exams, including CT, US, X-ray, and some MRI. The role supports a 7 days on, 14 days off schedule with 9-hour night shifts and overlapping coverage.

Candidates should have subspecialty radiology fellowship training, ABR board eligibility or certification, and eligibility for Minnesota/Wisconsin medical licensure.

Qualifications

• Subspecialty Radiology fellowship required.
• ABR board eligible or board certification required.
• Must be eligible to obtain a medical license in Minnesota and Wisconsin in addition to maintaining medical licensure in respective state of residence.

Responsibilities

• Provide final interpretation of inpatient and ED examinations (CT, US, X-ray, MRI).
• Deliver overnight coverage on an 7 days on / 14 days off cadence.
• Overnight shifts are typically 9 hours; remote daytime weeks and on-site weeks with travel stipends are included.
