Job description

Radiology Affiliates Imaging (RAI) is expanding and seeking REMOTE Day, Evening, and Overnight General Radiologists to support continued growth across our Wilkes-Barre and Scranton locations. Join a stable, well-respected practice offering an excellent procedural volume, dedicated support, modern technology, and long-term career growth opportunities.

Day Shift

· Monday – Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST

· Competitive salary of $625,000 to $650,000

· $25,000 commencement bonus, plus retention and productivity bonuses

· 10 weeks of PTO

Evening Shift

· 7-on/7-off or 7-on/14-off from 5:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. EST

· Competitive salary of $400,000 to $650,000

· $50,000 to $75,000 commencement bonus, plus retention and productivity bonuses

Overnight Shift

· 7-on/7-off or 7-on/14-off from 12:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m. EST

· Competitive salary of $450,000 to $700,000

· $75,000 to $100,000 commencement bonus, plus retention and productivity bonuses

All Positions

Full-time employees are also eligible for a generous commencement bonus, retention bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package. COMPENSATION

Compensation varies by shift: Day $625,000 to $650,000; Evening $400,000 to $650,000; Overnight $450,000 to $700,000. Each position offers the opportunity to earn more through productivity incentives and call stipend. Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, geographic location, etc. These roles are also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
