The Department of Diagnostic Radiology and Nuclear Medicine at the University of Maryland School of Medicine is recruiting overnight emergency and trauma radiologists. The role features 121 shifts per year (11p–7a) in a 7 on/14 off overnight model with remote work from MD, FL, GA, TN, PA, DE, VA, or AL.

The compensation plan offers a base salary range of $500k–$600k, with $5,000 per year of experience, plus incentives for extra shifts or higher productivity (RVUs).

Salary Range: $500k-600k+

The Department of Diagnostic Radiology and Nuclear Medicine at the University of Maryland School of Medicine is hiring overnight emergency and trauma radiologists.

Led by a Chair who is an actively practicing emergency radiologist, the Department is undergoing a dynamic transformation building on its longstanding legacy of excellence. The Department has a new competitive compensation plan (with performance-based incentives) coupled with a focus on faculty flexibility in schedules and staffing. • 121 shifts per year 11p-7a in a 7 on 14 off overnight model.
• Remote work from MD, FL, GA, TN, PA, DE, VA, or AL.
• Base salary range $500-600k depending on years of experience ($5000 per YOE).
• Additional pay for extra shifts or higher productivity (incentive over 9 RVUs/hour or 72/shift).
• Signing bonus of $25,000. Annual CME allowance of $5000.
