Job summary

The University of Utah Health is seeking an Overnight Emergency Radiologist (Teleradiology or Hybrid Option) to join the Radiology and Imaging Sciences department in Salt Lake City. This faculty role offers flexible nocturnal coverage with opportunities for research and academic activity.

The position supports work from home PACS or on-site duties, with a 1 week on/3 weeks off schedule and 9:00 PM–6:00 AM shifts in Mountain Time. Open to candidates at various professorial levels.

Qualifications

• American Board of Radiology certified or board eligible
• Fellowship training in Neuroradiology or Emergency Radiology preferred, or significant experience in a Level 1 Trauma Center
• Eligible for Utah medical licensure (and additional states as required)
• Demonstrated clinical excellence and strong interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Provide overnight diagnostic radiology services via teleradiology or on-site in Salt Lake City
• Support Acute Care Imaging Section in overnight coverage and academic activities
• Engage in research or scholarly activities during off-service weeks when appropriate
