Job summary

Array Behavioral Care is hiring 100% virtual Psychiatrists on the east coast to provide measurement-based, culturally humble episodic care to patients in acute crisis across various settings and states.

Overnights include shifts between 12:00am and 6:00am EST any day of the week. Array will support licensure expansion and covers related costs. You will collaborate with onsite professionals to determine dispositions and provide evidence-based care from home.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible psychiatrist with active licensure.
• Unrestricted, independent licensure to practice across states.
• CAQH and FCVS profiles established and up to date.
• Experience delivering psychiatric care to all age groups.
• Experience treating patients in acute crisis in 24/7 settings.
• Ability to work with multiple EMRs concurrently.
• Strong telehealth tech skills and hardware proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Treat patients in crisis across ERs, hospital floors and crisis programs.
• Collaborate with 24/7 support center to triage and manage cases.
• Prescribe medications and provide psychotherapeutic interventions.
• Coordinate care with the patient’s treatment team using a collaborative approach.
