Job summary

Array Behavioral Care is seeking an evening specialist, 100% virtual Psychiatrist on the west coast to provide measurement-based, culturally humble episodic care to patients in acute crisis across various settings and states.

The role involves overnight shifts from 12:00am to 6:00am EST and collaboration with onsite professionals to determine safe dispositions, with ongoing licensure support for additional states.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible psychiatrist.
• Unrestricted, independent licensure.
• Experience providing psychiatric care to patients in acute crisis.
• Experience working with multiple EMRs in telehealth settings.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients in crisis across emergency rooms and crisis programs.
• Coordinate with 24/7 support center for case triage and resources.
• Prescribe medications and provide psychotherapy as needed.
• Collaborate with partner healthcare teams to optimize care.
