Job summary

Mindlance invites an experienced OutSystems Solution Architect / Lead Developer with hands-on OutSystems Developer Cloud (ODC) expertise. You will architect, design and develop enterprise-grade apps using ODC while providing technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle.

Must have 10+ years in software development and 5+ years in OutSystems architecture, plus experience with Reactive Web, REST APIs, SQL, Azure/AWS, CI/CD, Git and Agile/Scrum.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software development experience.
• 5+ years of OutSystems development/architecture experience.
• Hands‑on experience with OutSystems Developer Cloud (ODC) – Mandatory.
• Strong experience building Reactive Web and Mobile applications.
• Experience with REST APIs, enterprise integrations, SQL, and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS).
• Experience with CI/CD, Git, Azure DevOps, and Agile/Scrum.
• Knowledge of application architecture, performance optimization, and security best practices.
• Experience with AI/Generative AI integrations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop enterprise applications using OutSystems Developer Cloud (ODC).
• Define scalable solution architecture and integration patterns.
• Lead development teams and perform architecture/code reviews.
• Build reusable components and ensure application performance and security.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, QA, and product teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Support CI/CD, deployment, and application lifecycle management.
