Rula is building a network of licensed mental health professionals across Washington and beyond. Clinicians work as 1099 contractors with no minimum caseload and complete schedule autonomy, while Rula handles enrollment, billing, claims, and insurance administration.

Compensation includes $80 per hourly session (53 minutes), biweekly direct deposit, and payment protection for no-shows and denied claims. Remote work is supported with referrals and ongoing clinician development.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as LMFT, LICSW or LMHC.
• Valid NPI.
• Must be licensed in Washington.
• Must be able to provide telehealth.
