Rula is a behavioral health network that partners with licensed clinicians to deliver high-quality care to individuals, couples and families. Providers are 1099 contractors with schedule autonomy and no minimum caseloads.

Compensation includes $80 per 53-minute hourly session, biweekly direct deposit and protection for no-shows and denied claims. Remote work is supported and credentialing is streamlined to enable faster onboarding in Washington.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
• Valid NPI
• Must be licensed in Washington
• Must be able to provide telehealth
