Job summary

Rula is expanding its network of licensed clinicians in Washington. We are seeking LMHCs (also LMFTs or LICSWs) to join as contractors providing telehealth sessions.

Providers manage their own schedules with autonomy and are paid $80 per hourly session (53 minutes) with biweekly direct deposit and no-show protections. You’ll handle sessions and notes while Rula handles billing, claims, EHR, and admin tasks.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
• Valid NPI
• Must be licensed in Washington
• Must be able to provide telehealth

Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth sessions to clients in Washington
• Maintain accurate session notes in the EHR and complete required documentation
• Rula handles billing, claims, and administrative tasks; you focus on clinical care
