Job summary

Rula is expanding its network of licensed clinicians in Washington. Providers in the Rula network are 1099 contractors with schedule autonomy and no minimum caseload, allowing you to focus on delivering high-quality care.

Compensation includes $80 per hourly session (53 minutes), guaranteed payment every two weeks via direct deposit, and payment protection for no-shows and late cancellations. Join Rula to access client referrals and admin support while you provide telehealth services.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as LMFT, LICSW or LMHC.
• Valid NPI required.
• Must be licensed in Washington state.
• Must be able to provide telehealth.

Responsibilities

• Provide LMHC telehealth sessions to clients.
• Submit accurate notes and billing information; maintain EHR as needed.
• Maintain active licensure and credentialing with insurers.
• Collaborate with Rula team to optimize client referrals.
