Job summary

Rula is expanding its network of licensed providers in Washington. We are seeking LMHCs (or LMFT/LICSW) licensed in WA to join as 1099 contractors, offering telehealth sessions with scheduling autonomy.

You’ll earn $80 per hourly session (53 minutes) with guaranteed biweekly direct deposit, payment protection for no-shows and late cancellations, and admin support covering billing, claims, and EHR tasks.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as LMFT, LICSW, or LMHC and licensed to practice in Washington State.
• Valid NPI number is required.
• Must be able to provide telehealth services.
• Contractor status: 1099; no minimum caseload; scheduling autonomy.

Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth sessions to clients in WA.
• Maintain required documentation and notes in the EHR.
• Collaborate with Rula admin for billing, claims, and credentialing.
