Job summary

Rula is expanding its network of licensed clinicians in Washington. As a 1099 contractor, you will provide LMHC services via telehealth, with full schedule autonomy and no minimum caseload.

We handle billing, claims, and EHR so you can focus on client care; you will receive a biweekly direct deposit and payment protection for no-shows and late cancellations. Licensure in WA (LMHC/LMFT/LICSW) is required.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as LMHC, LMFT or LICSW in Washington.
• Active NPI and ability to provide telehealth.
• Telehealth capability and office setup.
• Washington state licensure is required for this role.

Responsibilities

• Deliver telehealth LMHC sessions to clients in Washington.
• Maintain thorough session notes and EHR documentation.
• Manage your own schedule with full autonomy; no minimum caseload.
• Coordinate with Rula-administration for billing and claims support.
