Job summary

Rula is expanding its network of licensed behavioral health providers in Washington. Therapists work as 1099 contractors with full scheduling autonomy and no minimum caseloads, delivering LMHC/LMFT/LICSW services via telehealth.

Compensation includes $80 per hourly session (53 minutes), with biweekly direct deposit and payment protection for no-shows and denied claims; remote work is available with additional in-person session pay incentives.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as LMFT, LICSW or LMHC in Washington.
• Valid NPI number.
• Licensed to practice in Washington state.
• Able to provide telehealth.

Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth psychotherapy sessions to individuals, couples, and families.
• Coordinate with Rula’s admin team for scheduling and documentation.
• Maintain session notes and ensure billing/claims processing by Rula.
