Job summary

Rula is expanding its network of licensed providers in Washington. LMHCs can join as 1099 contractors, with 53‑minute sessions at $80 per hour and biweekly direct deposit payments. Providers choose their own schedule and receive admin support for billing and claims.

Providers enjoy complete scheduling autonomy, referral support, and access to a therapist community, while maintaining session notes and client care. Telehealth is available and preferred. WA licensure required.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as LMFT, LICSW or LMHC.
• Valid NPI number.
• Must be licensed in Washington and able to provide telehealth.

Responsibilities

• Provide behavioral health services via telehealth.
• Maintain session notes and complete documentation.
