Job summary

Rula is expanding its network of licensed clinicians for telehealth services in Washington. Join a team that handles insurance enrollment, billing, and admin, while you focus on delivering high-quality care to clients via telehealth.

As a licensed LMFT/LICSW/LMHC, you will provide hourly LMHC sessions and maintain thorough notes in the EHR. You’ll have schedule autonomy and biweekly direct deposit with payment protection for no-shows and denials.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as LMFT, LICSW or LMHC.
• Valid NPI.
• Must be licensed in Washington (WA).
• Must be able to provide telehealth.

Responsibilities

• Provide LMHC telehealth sessions.
• Maintain client notes in the EHR and complete required documentation.
• Coordinate with billing and administrative team for claims and enrollment.
