Rula is expanding its network of licensed providers in Washington. The LMHC role is a 1099 contractor position with no minimum caseload and full schedule autonomy; providers will focus on delivering behavioral health sessions via telehealth and maintain sessions and notes while Rula handles billing, claims, and support.

Compensation is $80 per hourly session (53 minutes), with guaranteed payments every two weeks and protection for no-shows and late cancellations.

• Valid NPI is required.
• Must be licensed to practice in Washington (WA).
