Job summary

Rula is expanding its network in Washington and seeking licensed LMHC/LICSW/LMFT therapists to join as 1099 contractors. Providers set their own schedules and see clients via telehealth, with direct deposit every two weeks and no show/late cancellation protections.

Earn $80 per hourly session (53 minutes) with admin work handled by Rula, including billing and EHR support. Candidates must be licensed in WA and able to provide telehealth.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed LMHC, LICSW or LMFT.
• Valid NPI number required.
• Licensed to practice in Washington state and able to provide telehealth.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy sessions via telehealth for individuals and families.
• Maintain client notes in the EHR and complete required documentation.
• Rula handles billing, claims, and administrative tasks; you focus on clinical care.
