Qualifications

• Must be licensed LMFT, LICSW or LMHC.
• Valid NPI number.
• Licensed to practice in Washington and able to provide telehealth.

Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth sessions as LMFT/LICSW/LMHC in Washington.
• Maintain client notes and complete required EHR documentation.
• Coordinate with admin for billing, claims, and scheduling.
