Job summary

A virtual mental health practice is seeking independently licensed therapists to provide remote outpatient therapy. With a focus on a structured care model, this role offers flexible scheduling, minimal administrative burden, and support for clinical autonomy. Therapists will manage a consistent outpatient caseload in a supportive environment, with competitive compensation ranging from $70,000 to $90,000 annually, inclusive of benefits such as health insurance and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Independently licensed therapist with an active, unrestricted license.
• Comfort managing a consistent outpatient caseload.
• Experience from outpatient, community mental health, or structured clinical settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide 100% remote, outpatient therapy.
• Maintain clinical autonomy in treatment decision-making.
• Collaborate with in-house referral network for psychiatric support.
