Job summary

A virtual mental health practice is seeking independently licensed therapists to provide remote outpatient therapy. This full-time or part-time position offers predictable W-2 compensation up to $90K with incentives, full benefits including health insurance, PTO, and ongoing CME support. Ideal candidates should hold an unrestricted multi-state license and have clinical judgment, communication skills, and experience managing outpatient caseloads. A supportive infrastructure is in place to facilitate quality care while minimizing administrative tasks.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted license in multiple states.
• Experience from outpatient or other structured clinical settings is a plus.
• Comfort managing a consistent outpatient caseload.

Responsibilities

• Provide 100% remote, outpatient therapy.
• Support lower to moderate acuity populations.
• Conduct 60-minute intake and follow-up sessions.
