The Outpatient Therapist role provides individual, family, and group therapy, with responsibilities including assessments, treatment planning, and documentation. Flexible work-from-home options are available, and we support ongoing training and development.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Master’s degree in a behavioral health field and be eligible or licensed.
• Experience conducting assessments, treatment planning, and clinical documentation.
• Strong written and verbal communication; professional boundaries and ethics.

Responsibilities

• Conduct diagnostic assessments and establish appropriate diagnoses.
• Develop, implement, and review individualized treatment plans.
• Provide high-quality outpatient therapy services.
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment plan updates.
• Utilize evidence-based interventions to aid client growth and wellness.
• Collaborate with families, schools, medical providers, case managers, and the treatment team.
• Deliver exceptional client service in a welcoming environment.
• Participate in supervision, staff meetings, trainings, and team activities.
• Maintain a minimum caseload of 27 client sessions per week for full-time status.
• Perform other duties related to client care and clinical operations as assigned.
