Job summary

Talkiatry, a clinician-led virtual psychiatry practice, is seeking psychiatrists for 100% remote outpatient care. You will work with a broad patient population, with standard 60-minute intakes and 30-minute follow-ups, supported by in-house scheduling, billing, and licensing resources.

Compensation comprises base salary plus production incentive with total annual on-target earnings of $325k–$375k, and robust benefits including employer-paid health, dental, and vision insurance.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible psychiatrists (MD/DO).
• Active unrestricted medical license with multi-state licensing support available.
• Interest in outpatient, 100% telepsychiatry-based care.
• Comfort with learning streamlined clinical technology.

Responsibilities

• 100% remote, outpatient psychiatry practice as described.
• Manage patient population across lifespan with standard session lengths.
• Participate in integrated, fully supported clinical operations.
