OpenTrain AI, Inc. is seeking a remote outpatient coder to annotate medical records and assign accurate ICD-10-CM and CPT/HCPCS codes.

You will apply outpatient Evaluation and Management leveling rules and resolve unclear details in notes and reports. The role requires current medical coding knowledge with hands-on outpatient coding experience, strong English communication, and access to current coding references.

Competenze

• Must have active medical coding knowledge for outpatient settings.
• Experience with ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS Level II required.
• Proficient in outpatient Evaluation and Management leveling guidelines.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to use official coding references.

Mansioni

• Review outpatient medical records and related docs for coding accuracy.
• Assign ICD-10-CM and CPT/HCPCS codes based on documentation.
