Job summary

Nantahala Outdoor Center is seeking a Call Center Reservationist for the 2026 season. This remote-eligible, full-time role involves guiding guests to the best outdoor adventures via phone, chat, and email, and supporting reservations for lodging and activities.

Ideal candidates demonstrate strong guest service, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a willingness to learn. Occasional weekend and 30–40 hour weeks are expected, with possible remote work for eligible areas.

Responsibilities

• Learn NOC offerings and locations to guide guests to the right adventure.
• Book and modify lodging and activity reservations accurately.
• Handle calls and chats courteously and efficiently.
• Develop rapport to anticipate needs and maximize revenue through upselling.
• Collaborate with other NOC departments and follow reservation policies.
