Job summary

LaserAway is seeking a remote sales professional to convert warm inbound/outbound leads into treatment plans. You will manage a high-activity pipeline, conduct consultative calls, and educate patients on LaserAway’s options. A strong track record in phone-based selling and time-zone coverage across the U.S. is essential.

You’ll work with a CRM-driven process to maintain pipeline visibility, earn a base, and uncapped commissions with earnings potential around six figures for top performers.

Qualifications

• Experienced outbound or phone-based sales professionals.
• 50+ outbound calls per day.
• Disciplined self-starters who manage their own pipeline.
• Able to cover assigned time zones across U.S. regions.
• Strong focus on measurable results and targets.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls, follow up, and close deals.
• Conduct consultative phone conversations educating patients on options.
• Overcome objections and persistently follow up to close.
• Operate primarily through the CRM with clear visibility of pipeline.
• Meet or exceed revenue targets for assigned territory.
