What We’re Looking For

• Outbound sales or call center experience is an asset, but not required
• Strong communication and active listening skills
• Goal-oriented with a desire to earn commission
• Comfortable handling objections and asking for the sale
• Basic computer skills and ability to multitask
• Legally authorized to work in the United States or Canada

Technical Requirements

Bring Your Own Device (BYOD):

• Windows 11 (Mac and Chromebook devices are not supported)
• Intel Core i5 (10th Generation or newer)
• Minimum 16 GB RAM
• Internet speeds of at least 30 Mbps download / 8 Mbps upload
• Fixed wireless internet provider. Remote work software is not compatible with satellite or LTE providers.
• Wired Ethernet connection
• USB headset and webcam
