Job summary

KIK International LLC is seeking an OTM Business Systems Analyst for the Lawrenceville, GA area. You will analyze requirements, optimize OTM configurations, and collaborate with leadership to align IT with business goals.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting real-time OTM and integration issues, managing OTM ecosystem apps, and contributing to sprint tasks with timely delivery. Telecommuting within the U.S. may be involved.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience with OTM Config & Admin, SQL, XML, EDI, REST/SOAP APIs, Oracle BI Publisher, Security & Access Control Management, XSLT, and MDM.
• Ability to troubleshoot real-time OTM and integration issues between OTM and external applications such as SAP and JDE.

Responsibilities

• Provide consulting support within the OTM domain and analyze customer requirements.
• Troubleshoot real-time OTM and integration issues between OTM and SAP/JDE.
• Manage design, development, and administration of OTM ecosystem applications and interfaces.
• Support sprint tasks and ensure timely delivery of assigned tickets.
