Job summary

All Care Therapies is seeking a Remote Occupational Therapist to provide teletherapy services to patients nationwide. You will assess needs, develop treatment plans, and deliver interventions to promote independence and functional gains.

Qualifications include a Master’s in OT, active California license or eligibility, and comfort with pediatric populations. Teletherapy platform proficiency and HIPAA compliance are essential. This role offers remote work from anywhere in the United States.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active CA State Occupational Therapy License or ability to apply.
• Experience in a clinic or school setting.
• Technical proficiency to conduct teletherapy through our all-inclusive platform.
• Comfort working with pediatrics (18 months+).
• Feeding and/or Hand Therapy experience preferred but not required.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct teletherapy sessions with patients via telehealth.
• Assess patient needs and develop treatment plans.
• Deliver remote occupational therapy interventions to improve function.
• Educate patients and caregivers on techniques for independence.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and privacy.
• Utilize telehealth tools effectively during sessions.
• Engage in ongoing professional development.
