Qualifications

• Current state licensing for occupational therapy assistance required.
• Previous experience working in an occupational therapy setting desired.
• Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to make decisions in a high-stress environment.
• Must be able to work independently.
• Must be comfortable servicing clients in the comfort of their homes.

Responsibilities

• Read, understand, and follow all plans of care for patients under your care.
• Assist patients with using adaptive equipment and modified exercises.
• Assist Occupational Therapists with exercises and care coordination.
• Assemble, clean, and maintain equipment and materials used daily.
• Attend care plans for patients and provide input.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress.
