Job summary

Dane Street is seeking experienced Orthopedic Surgeons licensed in Mississippi to join our team of independent physician reviewers. This fully remote role lets you customize your schedule while working as a 1099 contractor, reviewing medical records and providing objective clinical opinions.

Requirements include MD/DO with board certification in Orthopedic Surgery, a current Mississippi license, and at least 5 years of clinical orthopedic experience. Orientation and credentialing are required.

Qualifications

• MD/DO with board certification in Orthopedic Surgery.
• Active Mississippi medical license required.
• Minimum of 5 years of clinical Orthopedic Surgery experience.
• Ability to operate as a remote 1099 contractor.
• Must attend required orientation and training sessions.

Responsibilities

• Review medical records and prepare clear clinical summaries.
• Engage in peer-to-peer communications when needed.
• Respond to client-specific questions related to musculoskeletal conditions and disability determinations.
• Coordinate case preparation through a secure online portal.
