Job summary

Dane Street is seeking experienced Orthopedic Surgeons licensed in Mississippi to join our team of independent physician reviewers. This fully remote role lets you customize your schedule while working as a 1099 contractor, reviewing medical records and providing objective clinical opinions.

Requirements include MD/DO with board certification in Orthopedic Surgery, a current Mississippi license, and at least 5 years of clinical orthopedic experience. Orientation and credentialing are required.

This is a fully remote opportunity that allows you to customize your schedule while working as a 1099 independent contractor.

Position Description

Your primary responsibilities will include reviewing medical records, preparing clear clinical summaries, engaging in peer-to-peer communications when necessary, and responding to client-specific questions related to musculoskeletal conditions, orthopedic injuries, treatment plans, surgical and non-surgical management, causation, impairment, and disability determinations.

Requirements

• Ability to attend required orientation and training sessions
• Maintain all applicable licensure, certifications, and credentialing requirements
