Job summary

Ten Speed is a remote-first marketing agency helping B2B companies grow through organic channels. We seek an Organic Growth Specialist to oversee content from briefs to publishing, leveraging AI tools and SME input to produce high-performing SEO and AEO content for multiple client accounts.

You will work with a cross-functional team including strategists and editorial members, driving content across client sites using AI to accelerate briefing while maintaining brand standards.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in SEO/AEO or content marketing.
• Professional writing and editing experience (we mostly build written content).
• Intermediate SEO knowledge and understanding of best practices.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools for content production, editing AI outputs, and improving efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Manage Content Development: Research topics and positioning from the client content strategy, and create strategic briefs aligned to buyer journeys and client ICPs alongside the editorial team.
• Integrate AI Tools: Use AI tools and systems (Claude, AirOps) as a core part of your workflow, including content research, brief creation, refining content for quality and accuracy, and maintaining up-to-date client brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with SMEs: Interview subject matter experts to gather original insight and translate it into authoritative content, from thought leadership pieces to ebooks and guides.
• Support On-Site Optimization: Improve internal linking, on-page SEO, and content formatting to enhance site visibility and usability alongside the strategy team.
• Finalize and Publish Content: Upload and format content in client CMS platforms (Webflow, WordPress, etc.), ensuring accuracy, consistency, and correct formatting.
• Manage Workflow Across Accounts: Track tasks, deadlines, and content status across multiple client accounts using ClickUp.
• Engage with Clients: Join client calls and Slack threads to provide updates, address questions, and align on content direction, publishing, and brand positioning.
