Job summary

Dhaka Technologies Limited Company is hiring an Early Learning Hub Consultant to support a State of Oregon government initiative. The consultant will own the project schedule, coordinate stakeholders, and deliver planning and evaluation artifacts meeting public sector standards.

The role requires facilitating stakeholder sessions, analyzing qualitative and quantitative data, and applying a formal quality control process prior to client submission, while adhering to Oregon residency requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum of seven years of professional level experience in project management, evaluative, analytical, or planning work.
• At least four years managing projects from initiation through closeout.
• Three years serving as final quality reviewer on deliverables.
• Demonstrated internal quality control practices used to review project work.
• Strong analytical, evaluative, planning, organizational, and problem solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for reports and presentations.
• Current Oregon residency is required for the duration of the engagement.
• Two-page resume required for the designated Key Person.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and manage project activities, work plans, schedules, milestones, and deliverables through the full period of performance.
• Track and report on project risks, issues, action items, dependencies, and decisions, and elevate items that threaten schedule or quality.
• Monitor progress against the approved work plan and confirm that assignments are completed on schedule.
• Maintain organized project documentation, version control, and an audit trail for all deliverables.
• Prepare and present status updates, briefing materials, and progress reports for client leadership.
• Apply established internal quality control procedures to all project work before submission to the client.
