Job summary

Kaplan Inc. seeks an Oracle Fusion Techno-Functional Lead to guide end-to-end Fusion Cloud implementations, focusing on Finance and Supply Chain modules.

You will collaborate with finance users and technical teams to translate requirements into configurations, customizations, and integrations. With 8+ years of Fusion experience, you will support month-end close, create training materials, and drive upgrades, while communicating effectively across departments.

Qualifications

• 8+ years’ experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications, with a strong focus on the Financials and Supply Chain domains.

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle of Oracle Fusion projects from requirements to deployment and post-implementation support.
• Serve as liaison between technical teams and finance users, ensuring clear communication and understanding of requirements.
• Provide functional and technical expertise across Oracle Fusion modules including GL, AP, AR, FA, Project Accounting, Procurement, Inventory, and Manufacturing.
• Write detailed functional and technical specifications for customizations, extensions, and integrations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve functional and technical issues related to Oracle Fusion applications.
• Assist finance teams with month-end close processes and provide ongoing support.
• Create and maintain training documents, videos, and other materials for end-users.
• Lead quarterly patch testing and coordinate upgrades to minimize disruption.
• Work with Oracle product support to log and track service requests.
• Manage multiple priorities with strong time management and organizational skills.
