Taylor Corporation is seeking a Business Analyst to drive and support our Oracle Fusion (Horizon) implementation. You will help standardize business processes across the enterprise and support the development lifecycle from testing to enhancement and deployment.

Qualifications

• Oracle Fusion experience required.
• Comfortable facilitating cross-functional collaboration.
• 5+ years of Business Analyst experience preferred, especially with Oracle tech.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and support Oracle & PJM configurations and processes.
• Lead Quarterly Release testing with SMEs and sign-off.
• Translate requirements between business units and IT.
• Develop use cases, process flows, and test scenarios to implement quality solutions.
• Provide Level 1–2 Support and assist in training.
