Job summary

NextOvation is seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll/OTL Functional or Techno-Functional Consultant to design, develop, and maintain solutions within Oracle Fusion HCM. You will integrate HR data, build extracts, dashboards, and interfaces, working with IT leadership and business stakeholders.

Remote from eligible locations, US Eastern time work hours, full-time/contract for 1 year. Requires 4–8 years experience with Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll/OTL, REST/SOAP, HDL, OIC, and strong

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion HCM development and support.
• Experience supporting Oracle Fusion Payroll and OTL modules.
• Proficiency in HCM Extracts, Fast Formula, OTBI, BI Publisher, HDL, and OIC.
• Experience with REST and SOAP web services integration patterns; knowledge of Oracle Cloud security and HCM data model.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience with Agile / Scrum methodologies preferred.
• Oracle Cloud HCM Certification and Oracle Integration Cloud Certification are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Customize, configure, and enhance Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll and OTL modules.
• Develop and maintain HCM Extracts, BI Publisher reports, OTBI dashboards, Fast Formulas, and HDL scripts.
• Build and manage integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, OIC, and external interfacing tech.
• Support quarterly Oracle Cloud releases and validate post-deployment results.
• Perform technical impact analysis and root-cause analysis for incidents.
• Collaborate with functional consultants to translate requirements into designs.
• Ensure compliance with IT standards, data privacy, and security protocols.
• Participate in code reviews and knowledge-sharing sessions.
