Bright Vision Technologies is seeking an experienced Oracle ERP Analyst to join our remote US delivery team. This role focuses on Oracle Fusion Financials modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, Cash Management, SLA) and requires hands-on testing, requirements gathering, and functional specification work.

You will collaborate with finance, technical, and business users to drive end-to-end financial processes, coordinate SIT and UAT, and ensure successful deployments across client environments.

Qualifikationen

• Strong experience as an Oracle Fusion Financials Business Analyst or Functional Business Analyst.
• Hands‑on functional knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials.
• Strong understanding of General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, and Cash Management.
• Working knowledge of Oracle Fusion Subledger Accounting (SLA) and accounting distributions.
• Experience preparing BRDs, FRDs, functional specifications, process flows, and test documentation.
• Proven experience in SIT, UAT, defect management, defect triage, and regression testing.
• Strong understanding of end‑to‑end financial transaction processing and subledger‑to‑GL reconciliation.
• Experience working with finance, accounting, technical, and integration teams.
• Excellent analytical, communication, documentation, and stakeholder‑management skills.

Aufgaben

• Gather and analyze business requirements for Oracle Fusion Financials.
• Document functional specifications and process flows.
• Support end-to-end financial processes and SIT/UAT.
• Lead test scenario preparation and test execution.
• Identify defects, triage, root cause analysis, and track resolutions.
• Collaborate with finance, technical, and integration teams on deployments.
