Job summary

Tessera Labs is seeking an experienced Oracle Financials Solution Architect to own Finance to Manage across Oracle EBS and Fusion Cloud for multiple concurrent engagements. You will lead discovery, architect design, and hands-on configuration and testing to deliver auditable, scalable finance solutions.

You will drive pre-sales engagement, shape solutions, and present to CFOs, while collaborating with Tessera AI agents to accelerate delivery.

Qualifications

15+ years in Oracle Financials, including at least three full-lifecycle implementations as finance lead or solution architect, covering both Oracle E-Business Suite (R12.x) and Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials - at least one of each.
At least one implementation where the customer moved to Oracle from a different ERP family (PeopleSoft, JD Edwards, NetSuite, SAP ECC or Infor).
Deep, hands-on configuration experience in GL, Payables, Receivables, Fixed Assets and Cash Management in both EBS and Fusion.

Responsibilities

Discovery and Solution Architecture: read legacy configurations, design COA and ledgers, and define intercompany and close processes.
Hands-on configuration and testing in EBS and Fusion across GL, AP, AR, FA and Cash Management.
Pre-Sales and Client Leadership: lead finance discovery, demos, estimates, and contribute to proposals and SOWs.
Platform Enablement and Team Leadership: transfer knowledge to Tessera platform and guide offshore/onshore teams.
