Job summary

Tessera Labs is seeking an experienced Oracle Financials Solution Architect to lead Finance to Manage across Oracle EBS and Fusion Cloud engagements. You will own discovery, design, and hands-on configuration, driving successful tests and client sign-offs while shaping pre-sales efforts with CFO-level stakeholders.

You will work with clients upgrading or migrating from various ERPs, translating complex legacy setups into streamlined Oracle designs, including cost and intercompany considerations.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in Oracle Financials with at least three full lifecycle implementations as finance lead or solution architect in both EBS (R12.x) and Fusion Cloud Financials.
• Experience moving from non-Oracle ERP systems (PeopleSoft, JD Edwards, NetSuite, SAP ECC, Infor) to Oracle.
• Deep hands-on configuration in GL, Payables, Receivables, Fixed Assets and Cash Management in both EBS and Fusion.

Responsibilities

• Lead the finance discovery sessions with stakeholders and translate legacy finance models into Oracle design.
• Configure and test GL, Payables, Receivables, Fixed Assets and Cash Management in EBS and Fusion; manage end-to-end testing and mock month-end closes.
• Own pre-sales activities: discovery calls, solution workshops, platform demonstrations and contribution to proposals and SOWs.
• Guide and review work of Oracle finance SMEs, including offshore team members, ensuring consistency and quality.
