Peloton seeks a senior Oracle ERP Financials consultant to support financial modules, deliver primary support, and drive improvements. The role requires 7+ years of experience and IST hours (5:30 PM – 2:30 AM); Hyderabad or Bangalore preferred; remote.

You will ensure SLA compliance, perform quarterly releases, conduct training, and collaborate with onshore/offshore teams to align with Peloton processes.

Formación

• BS or BA degree in Business, Technology, or equivalent.
• 6+ years of experience in Oracle ERP Financials.
• 4+ years of experience in Oracle ERP Cloud (Fusion Financials).
• Experience supporting Oracle ERP accounting functions: GL, AP and AR.
• Two end-to-end implementations in Oracle Fusion Financials or 4+ years of support.
• Ability to understand and decompose financial, business, and technical concepts.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Able to work independently and in onshore/offshore model.

Responsabilidades

• Meet SLA deadlines for resolving tickets.
• Provide active primary support to at least four customers.
• Carry out quarterly release testing, work on new features, and prepare documentation.
• Provide regular training sessions to internal team members.
• Configure and maintain Oracle Financial modules to align with business processes.
• Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex technical problems.
• Liaise with Oracle support to resolve critical system issues and stay informed about product updates.
• Gather and analyze business requirements.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and development of Peloton processes and IP.
