Job summary

Zensar seeks an experienced Escalation Manager to support critical business operations across the United States and Canada (100% Remote). You will own high-priority escalations, drive swift resolution with cross-functional teams, and ensure outstanding customer experience while following ISO procedures.

Required: Oracle EBS, Inventory/Shipping/Order Management, B2B/EDI, SQL/PLSQL, and strong stakeholder communication. Remote North America role with global coordination.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Oracle EBS with Inventory, Shipping, Order Management and RMA.
• Experience supporting ERP and supply chain processes in production.
• Strong incident management and stakeholder communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive resolution of high-impact issues with STF/LTF strategies.
• Lead escalated incidents to restore operations with minimal disruption.
• Audit support cases weekly and advise on improvements.
• Ensure adherence to ISO processes and communication protocols.
• Collaborate with global stakeholders during critical incidents.
