Job summary

Donyati, LLC is seeking a Project Manager to oversee planning, execution, and delivery of Oracle EPM projects from a remote environment. The role requires proven PM experience on Oracle EPM implementations and strong leadership across cross-functional teams.

The position involves coordinating with clients and stakeholders, managing budgets and timelines, and guiding risk and quality assurance activities to ensure successful deployments.

Qualifications

• Experience leading three full-cycle Oracle EPM implementations as Lead PM.
• Strong Agile/Hybrid project management proficiency.
• Excellent stakeholder and team leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver client projects from a remote environment.
• Manage day-to-day activities: schedules, budgets, scope, change requests, metrics, tests, and deployment.
• Gather requirements from stakeholders to ensure understanding of needs.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, RASIC charts, and risk registers.
• Mentor team members and manage expectations with stakeholders.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks; provide regular updates to leadership.
• Oversee QA and deployment for Oracle Cloud EPM to meet client specs.
