Job summary

Ascend Partners Inc. seeks an experienced Oracle EPM Managed Services Consultant to support, administer, and enhance Oracle EPM applications for multiple clients. The role requires strong EPM expertise, finance process understanding, and the ability to resolve both functional and technical issues.

You will balance production support with planned enhancements and small-to-medium projects, owning assigned client environments and coordinating with leadership on priorities and escalations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field preferred.
• Typically five or more years of hands-on Oracle EPM experience, including production support.
• Experience in managed services or multi-client environments preferred.
• Relevant Oracle EPM certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing functional and technical support for Oracle EPM applications (Planning, FCC, ARCS, Narrative Reporting).
• Manage incidents and service requests from intake through resolution with accurate ticket records.
• Assess business impact and prioritize work per SLAs.
• Troubleshoot calculation errors, data discrepancies, and integration failures.
• Coordinate with Oracle Support on complex issues and defects.
• Maintain configurations, security, jobs, and application settings.
