Job summary

Hunter Douglas, Inc. is seeking an EPM Systems Administrator to manage Oracle EPM FCCS and EPBCS for global reporting and consolidation. You will handle user access, metadata management, and system configurations to ensure accuracy and reliability across entities.

The role supports monthly close, data validation, and governance, while collaborating with finance, IT, and business units. A Bachelor's in a related field and 3+ years’ FCCS experience are required, with strong Excel and Smart View

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or Accounting.
• 3+ years of Oracle EPM Cloud administration experience (FCCS required; EPBCS preferred).
• Strong understanding of change control and testing methodologies.
• Solid understanding of financial consolidation processes and accounting principles.

Responsibilities

• Manage user provisioning, roles, and security within Oracle EPM FCCS and EPBCS.
• Maintain metadata, dimensions, and hierarchies across entities and scenarios.
• Oversee application settings, rules, and configurations to ensure compliance with standards.
• Design, develop, and maintain EPM Cubes, Workflows, Reports, and Integrations via APIs or Data Management tools.
• Monitor data mapping, validation and loading for 50+ global units from multiple ERP sources.
• Support monthly and quarterly close processes with timely refreshes and consolidations.
• Perform system health checks and apply patches; optimize calculation scripts.
• Maintain documentation and enforce best practices for governance.
• Provide end-user training and technical support for FCCS and EPBCS.
