Job summary

Hunter Douglas, the world-leading window coverings manufacturer, seeks an experienced EPM Systems Administrator to manage Oracle EPM FCCS/EPBCS environments. You will ensure system stability, security, and performance for finance reporting and consolidation across 50+ global units.

You will design and maintain cubes, manage metadata, data mappings, and integrations, and provide end-user training and support to FP&A teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or related field.
3+ years of Oracle EPM Cloud administration experience (FCCS required; EPBCS preferred).
Solid understanding of change control and testing methodologies.
Strong knowledge of financial consolidation processes and accounting principles.
Proficiency with Smart View, Data Management, and EPM Automate; advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities

System Administration: manage user provisioning, roles, and security in FCCS and EPBCS.
Data Management: design and maintain EPM Cubes, workflows, and integrations; validate data.
Performance & Maintenance: apply patches, optimize scripts, and coordinate with IT.
Process & Documentation: maintain runbooks and governance best practices.
Support & Training: assist FP&A teams and train end-users on features.
