Job summary

Heitmeyer Consulting seeks an Oracle EPM Admin & Report Developer to support a regional banking client after an Oracle Cloud transformation. You will ensure smooth operation of EPM, reporting, and related Oracle Cloud modules while coordinating with IT teams.

The role is 100% remote (EST hours) with periodic travel every few months; contract length 18–24 months. Strong experience in EPM, Smart View, and ITIL-based incident management is required.

Qualifications

• Experience with Oracle Cloud implementations and production environments.
• Expertise in EPM – Performance Management cube and reporting.
• Strong hands-on report building and report management.
• Deep knowledge of EPM Oracle Cloud and integration with FDI, EMCF, ERP.
• Report development using Smart View or similar.
• Experience managing production systems, uptime, outages, and ITIL processes.
• Familiar with Jira and ServiceNow for defect and ticket tracking.
• Excellent coordination, triaging, and written/verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage EPM Performance Management cube and reporting.
• Ensure smooth operation of Oracle Cloud modules (FDI, EMCF, ERP, EPM, FCC feeds) and access.
• Develop reports using Smart View, Financial Reporting Studio, and related tools.
• Serve as primary contact for production issues; triage incidents and coordinate resolutions.
• Perform admin configs, user provisioning, and monitoring.
• Coordinate patching, upgrades, performance tuning, and outages.
• Adhere to ITIL incident, problem, and change management.
• Log, track, and document issues using Jira or ServiceNow.
• Communicate with stakeholders during outages and escalations.
