Qualifications

• 10+ years of overall IT experience.
• U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency required.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day production support for Oracle EBS Financials, HR and SCM applications.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve Oracle EBS issues within defined SLAs.
• Support sub-ledger and month-end close activities.
• Execute and analyze technical and functional programs to identify process issues.
• Collaborate with business SMEs and process consultants to understand end-to-end business processes.
