Job summary

HYR Global Source Inc. in the United States seeks an Oracle EBS R12 Order Management Functional Lead for a remote role with travel to Cleveland, OH. You will guide the Order Management module, pricing, quoting, configurator, and shipping, and lead implementation activities with business users.

You will translate requirements into functional designs, mentor teammates, and coordinate CRP, SIT, UAT, and user training while ensuring best practices across the ERP program.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Oracle EBS R12 Order Management experience.
• Strong hands-on with Oracle Advanced Pricing, Quoting, and Shipping.
• Experience leading multiple Oracle OM/Advanced Pricing implementations.
• Experience with CRP, SIT, and UAT sessions.
• Knowledge of AIM methodology and functional documentation.
• Ability to translate business requirements into functional designs.

Responsibilities

• Lead functional activities for Oracle EBS R12 Order Management and related modules.
• Analyze requirements and design Oracle solutions.
• Configure and support OM, Advanced Pricing, Quoting, Configurator, and Shipping.
• Lead implementation, enhancement, rollout, and support activities.
• Prepare business process documentation and functional specs.
• Lead CRP, SIT, UAT sessions and user training.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and IT teams.
• Mentor team members and establish Oracle best practices.
